As of a couple weeks ago — about this time…I had no idea I was gonna do this, or what I would get myself into. Fast forward to today, and I got this killer interview all ready for your tasty consumption. Granted, every skill that took to pull this off is so newbish, but I figured I gotta start somewhere.

The questions I had lined up didn’t exactly go as planned, mostly because it was so dynamic and things overlapped, but I think it worked out just peachy. Next time I need to cut it a bit shorter, I realized that even with a handful of questions the time can fly. Let’s just say I think I could have done better.
So, this is what I originally had in mind:
- Why did you guys decide to become entrepreneurs and investors, was there a defining moment that was the driving factor?
- How do you feel about the concept of working for free? What does that mean to you?
- How have your planning skills and tools evolved over the years, from year 1 to today.
- Do you believe in the power of manifestation? What are some your recent examples of what you believe to be just that?
- How did you learn to keep reserves, what is your rule of thumb?
- When did you start to figure out how to replace yourselves with systems?
- Are you, and if so, how do you maintain your Real Estate Professional status?
- Do you maintain warranties on your properties?
- At what point did you realize you had to hire people to help run the rental business, and what did you do?
- What were your yearly milestones? How many units were you able to buy year 1, 2, and 3?
- Gonna throw in a extra here, what question would have been best to ask?
